Our Values

Authenticity

One of our key values is supporting clients to be true to themselves and assisting them in figuring out how to do so. For us as clinicians, being authentic and open is not only a DBT approach, it is a value of ours. We feel it is the best way to engage and approach any therapeutic relationship.

Inclusivity

We work to create a therapy space where teens and young adults can be themselves without fear of judgment. We welcome and value people of all identities, backgrounds, abilities, cultures, beliefs, gender identities, sexual orientations, and lived experiences.

Client Centered Care

We tailor therapeutic goals and approaches towards each individual client and family that we work with. We listen without judgment, work collaboratively, and tailor therapy to meet our clients where they are at.
